Short Description:

For the purpose of sterilization, ultraviolet sterilizer uses the energy of ultraviolet photons to break the DNA structure of various viruses, bacteria and other pathogens in water. For example, it causes dimerization of THYMINE in DNA, which makes all kinds of viruses, bacteria and other pathogenic bodies lose the ability of replication and reproduction, so as to achieve the effect of sterilization.

Introduction

Onyx overflow ultraviolet sterilizer is welded by stainless steel pipe and stainless steel flange. Ultraviolet lamp tube, quartz sleeve, ultraviolet probe and automatic mechanical cleaning system are placed inside the cavity. When the water flows through the cavity, the bacteria and viruses in the water can be killed by ultraviolet radiation.

Onyx overflow ultraviolet sterilizer products mainly include ZL series and EX series.
(1) ZL series tubular ultraviolet disinfection equipment
①It’s applied in the field of sewage treatment;
②It adopts the installation form of upper in and upper out, with self-cleaning function, which can be adjusted and monitored remotely;
③It is suitable for sterilization of sewage and other gravity flows (flow rate ≤ 1m/s);
④The working pressure of the equipment is less than 0.3MPa, and the standard material of the cavity is 304. Special materials can be customized according to customers' requirements;
⑤Transmittance≥65%, UV dose≥20mj/cm²;
⑥Water loss of single set: 200-400mm.

(2) EX series tubular ultraviolet disinfection equipment
① It’s applied in the field of water purification;
②It adopts the installation form of side in and upper out, with self-cleaning function, which can be adjusted and monitored remotely;
③It is suitable for sterilization and disinfection of pressurized pipeline or outlet water after pump;
④The working pressure of the equipment is less than 0.8MPa, and the standard material of the cavity is 304. 316L can be adopted as required by customers;
⑤Transmittance≥90%, UV dose≥40mJ/cm2;
⑥Water loss of single set: 200-400mm.
