Description
The on-line monitoring system of UV effective dose is to monitor flow rate, UV intensity and water transmittance in real time through flowmeter, UV intensity detector and UVT detector. It relies on the control system and dose monitoring equation to carry out comprehensive analysis and accurate calculation, and monitors the disinfection effect of equipment in real time. As a result, it is an automatic management system integrating fault alarm, data statistical analysis and dose monitoring. As an important part of ultraviolet equipment, the system plays the role of collecting, analyzing and processing data, and monitoring the normal operation of ultraviolet equipment. This monitoring system is to provide customers with objective data related to the operation of ultraviolet equipment, so that the equipment is in normal operation state and the water quality meets the standard.
Structure of on-line monitoring system
On-line monitoring system mainly includes monitoring system and comprehensive analysis control system. The monitoring system uploads the monitoring data in real time, comprehensively analyzes the monitoring data of the control system, and calculates the accurate UV dose output through chip operation. At the same time, it also records the output UV dose data in real time and regulates the system online. The monitoring system mainly includes UV intensity monitoring system, UVT monitoring system and flow monitoring system.
As shown in Figure 1, the comprehensive analysis and control system monitors the flow, UVT, UV intensity and other data online. After the system is started, integrated calculation and analysis is conducted, UV dose is output and the UV system is regulated.
