The process cost of ozone system mainly includes equipment investment and operation cost. The equivalent process cost is mainly composed of equipment depreciation and operation cost, in which the operation cost accounts for a higher proportion. In the operation cost, electricity, raw material and personnel costs account for the highest proportion.

The project of 10kg/h ozone production is taken as an example (Due to the difference of equipment performance index, the following data shall be subject to the mainstream equipment in the market.)The three main power units of 10kg ozone generator system include: ozone generator (installed power 80kW ~ 120kw), cooling system (chiller) (about 28 ~ 35kw), and oxygen preparation system (oxygen generator) (about 115KW ~ 150KW).The total operating power is about 180kW ~ 250KW (other electrical equipment such as pumps, fans and exhaust gas destroyers are not included in the statistics due to their relatively small power).According to the industrial power supply price of 1 yuan/kWh, the daily electricity charge of equipment operation is 4320 yuan ~ 6000 yuan, and the annual electricity cost is 1.58 million ~ 2.2 million. At present, the market price of 10 kg/h domestic ozone generator system is 500,000 ~ 1,200,000 yuan. The annual cost of equipment consumables (including the invisible cost caused by the decline of ozone generator production) is 5-10% of the equipment cost, and 2 operation and maintenance personnel are provided. The annual comprehensive cost of these two items is about 100,000 ~ 150,000 yuan. The comprehensive operation cost of the equipment is about 1.68-2.35 million yuan.

Comparison of operating costs with equipment depreciation

For intuitive analysis, the average value is adopted. That is, the equipment investment is 850000 yuan and the operation cost is 2 million yuan. It can be seen that the equipment investment has a low weight in the economic analysis of project input and output, and the high performance and low energy consumption ozone equipment should be given priority in project design.
